Costco phones

Are the phones at the Costco kiosk first quality? I am looking at the HTC Incredible and it is $70.00 cheaper than at the Verizon store. ThY lao include a car charger and case. Thanks
 
It is the same as buying a brand new phone through any other 3rd party. Costco discounts phones the same as you save money on everything else there, that is why you pay for the membership
 
Same exact thing as a new phone. Bought my HTC Inspire 4G from there today and it was Free with a new plan, but $99.99 at AT&T.

Infact, I prefer costco since you have 90 days to return it other than the regular 30.
