Root ??? could TWRP work

Hello Hydro people. Here's what I was wondering, I'm currently using a Galaxy Prevail with CT 3.68 and not long ago hroark released the TWRP Recovery for it on XDA. I was curious if that recovery could be ported to this phone if possible?

That might be an option. I'll have to check specs for both
