Root Couldn't find this anywhere

I was told last night how to unroot my phone and go back to the complete stock rom that the phone shipped with. It shipped with 2.2.1 i have the custom recovery on my phone. And i need to get this phone shipped into metro tomorrow gotta love little kids! So i need to know how to return this phone to stock asap!
