Help Couple issues..need some answers

Question 1: My gf just got the Dinc2 and she never seems to have any bars. her phone will be right next to mine on the table. My Droid will have 3 or 4 bars the Dinc2 no bars, sometimes 1 bar. Any ideas??

Question 2: The battery indicator on her Dinc2 sometimes turns grey ands has an ! in it. I couldnt find any info about what it means. Anybody know?

Try a factory reset. I suspect that your battery issue might come back, so going to VZW would be the next step if a factory reset doesn't fix it.
If you have ANY problems with the battery after a factory reset, take it to VZW and get a replacement.
