Hi, new here and to the phone. Love it so far, after the pixi, though, I'd take a flattened turd with a piece of glass in it to call a screen and say it's the greatest phone ever. 
Well my phone was a refurb and I think it has a lot of software (and some hardware issues :\ ) but I'm trying to just enjoy having a new phone and fix it myself.
1) When I connect my computer to the phone, it doesn't discover the drive automatically, although it is set to automatically use it as a "hard drive" on connect. Generally, I have to restart my phone as I've never figured out how to make my phone discoverable manually. Just to add, it used to have a USB indicator on the notifications but it wouldn't come off. I think I task killed it or something stupid and it hasn't been up since. I may have deleted it off of the notifications, but it was annoying to always be up when I didn't need it. Uh oh! (lil help please lol)
2)Well apparently the hero doesn't play WMAs. :$ But I still have a small problem. I put an entire converted album on my phone, and it has 2 tracks. Both are like 20 minutes long. lol?
If I have to do some sort of hard reset or something, how can I save my contacts before I do. If anyone cares to help, thank you very much.
