Help CPU Speed 1.6GHz?

[Shocky]

A number of benchmarks are showing the CPU clocked at 1.6GHz instead of 1.3GHz, whats up with that?

If you're rooted you're able to unlock the 1.5 and 1.6 slots. They're already in the OS, just not able to accessed without root.

For being completely unoptimized on the stock kernel, setting records on AnTuTu is pretty amazing and shows the power of this CPU.
