Carphone Warehouse have stuck on their website that it's ready for pre-order for the 29th of Oct, but only on Vodafone for now. I really like this phone but I'm not liking that Voda are the only carriers.

I saw that and went into store on Friday. Asked them when the HTC Desire Z is getting released and all I got was a "I don't know", she then asks 3 more other staff inc their "HTC expert" and he don't know. The phone was announced 2 months ago and has been on the website since. They didn't even know the phone existed. Pure Dumbness.
