Hi guys I just wanted to share my experiences with my s3,
I brought the s3 only 1 month ago it's my first droid phone coming from an iPhone background.
I really thought this phone was the best smartphone ever made, until today.
Basically I went to sleep with my phone on change on the night stand only to wake up in the morning with a huge crack on my screen. I did not drop the phone and it was in perfect condition when I went to bed.
As you can understand I contacted the store of purchase only to be told that it would cost 200 to repair, of course they did not believe that this happened without me dropping the phone.
From what I have been reading online this is a common problem. If you have a case on the phone and its on change all night it can get very hot and course the screen to crack. Which is a terrible design flaw.
So basically I'm unsure of what to do, if I replace the screen I'm worried that this will happen again. And paying out 200 at time is not an option.
I really do love the s3 and I do not want to give up on it yet, but if this is a flaw which Samsung refuse to repair I may have to return to Iphone
