Help Cracked Screen and Glitched Display

Hey there, so I recently dropped my phone and it got an ugly cracked screen. Not only that but the bottom of the screen is glitched and has this black triangle thing in the center. There are also multiple vertical colored lines on the screen. I was wondering that if I purchase a new digitizer will it still display the lines and black spot or will it be fixed. Any links or helpful tips will also be appreciated.

The Lcd is damaged, you'll need to replace both the digitizer and lcd.
