Cracked Screen! Help!

I just dropped my phone on some gravel today, and it cracked! 3 spider-cracks in the top left 1/4 of the phone. (I thought this was gorilla glass, all it did was fall out of my coat pocket).

So, I was wondering if anyone would tell me my options (all and any!)
It is a refurbished phone I got for upgrade in November 2010.
Prior dropping:
Messenger (texting) froze a lot
Phone itself froze sometimes
Screen would go black when a call would come in and can't answer sometimes.
Delayed GPS tracking/connecting

I'm not sure if I have insurance or not because it is refurbished. I have a body glove around it so it must of fallen smack on the screen. Only the glass is broken, everything else works perfectly fine or as stated above.

Please help!

I would call and see if AT&T would replace it.

Unless you have insurance att will not replace the phone as it is physical damage and not a mfg issue

If you are unsure about having ins call att and ask if you have it.

Or you can check your phone bill and see if you are paying $4.99/mo. for it. If you don't have insurance you can call Samsung and find out what it would cost to repair the phone. Replacement displays are also available on the internet if your are mechanically inclined - not a tough replacement and instructions are available - search Google.
