Hi folks,
I have had my Desire S for 6 months now, it has already been sent back to HTC due to randomly shutting down.
I was at the shops and checked my phone, upon then driving home (with my phone in my trouser pocket, and in a leather protector Swirl carry pouch), I returned home and took my phone out of my pocket and found the screen to be cracked in the top right hand corner of the screen which has spilt 4 /5 cracked across the screen.
The functionalilty of the phone has not been affected. I can still use the phone as before this incident. However I am obviously very angry about this happening due to no fault of my own.
I an UK based and bought the phone from Carphone Warehouse on an Orange contract. Who / what should I do?
Should I take to a local retailer repair shop and pay
