Help Crackle app not working since update

I use the Crackle app and paid for a six mont subscription. Until the last Evo update, it worked great. Now, it won't play any videos at all.

A ttempts to email the crackle developers come back as undeliverable.

Any one else having this problem?

(tried resets, deleting and re loading the app, nada.)

Yes, I havent been able to get it to work either. I was using the free version though. I have already deleted it. Bummer...

I wonder if Sprint is violating net neutrality and is now hindering the Crackle app on its 3g network?

Look at the below thread... it fixed my EVO (had same issue with Rdio app, and this also fixed Crackle) Bad proxy server on Sprint was the cause...
