Recently I wanted to change the ringtone. I went into settings and clicked sound, then phone ringtone.
I get Unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped.
I can click report or OK.
I've rebooted the phone including the long press reboot on the power button and it had no effect.
If however I navigate to an mp3 and set it as ringtone, that works just fine.
So two questions, one, how do I fix the issue, and two, if I can't fix it, does anyone know where the factory ringtones are stored?
