Root Craze over roms [especially sense one's]?

This is just for radios right? Wanted to know if I should flash the rom first or the radio(s).

It's probably fine if you do either, but there are some things you should know:

1) You should do them in the same recovery session. By that, I mean flash either ROM, then the radios, or the radios, then the ROM, but do not boot up in between either.
2) If you flash the radios first, then boot up, you will get stuck at the splash screen if you're on a 3.30 or under stock or custom ROM. Some people are able to boot up, but the system will be unstable.
3) If you flash the ROM, then boot up before flashing the radios, it might work, but the system will probably be unstable.
4) Your best bet is to do the following:


a) Flash a 3.70 based ROM
b) Flash the radios
c) If you do the combo update, you only have to do it once. If you do them separately, you obviously have to go through the process 4 times (radio/wimax/pri/nv). When you flash the radios, it will run through the update script in recovery like it does when you flash any zip. It will prompt you to reboot. When you do, it will go to a black screen with a green arrow. Let it sit there. Don't touch the phone. It will reboot after a few minute on its own. When it boot back into recovery, you can reboot normally, and you'll be done.

I want to say something that no one has mentioned yet. Do not get the impression that you have to flash radios every single time you flash a ROM....that is NOT the case. the only time you flash radios is when HTC/Sprint updates them in an OTA update and then the developers build off of that update. IOW, 3.29 and 3.30 used the same radios and you could flash roms based off of either software without having to mess with the radios. Then 3.70 came out and they updated the radios. Then the developers started basing their ROMs off of 3.70 so then you needed to flash radios.
