Greetings,
I would like to know if anyone has had similar problems to me in hopes to help me figure them out. My phone is in such a bad state that Sprint turned me way and suggested I call Samsung. (Posting a picture would be most helpful but I have to wait since this is my 1st post)
So, I woke up to a disconnected phone. I could text and surf, but not make phone calls. My bill is paid up. Then comes the "Activate your new device" thingy. After that, the shield of warning; saying my phone's security level needs to be changed to high (which it was already). With those being the main issues, I went to Sprint. On my way, a black, 50% transparent box popped up on my screen. Inside the box appeared to be the specs for my phone. IE: PDA number, Phone, CSC, Camera, etc
Spring was baffled and sent me away to call Samsung. Before I go back to make them replace it, I wanted to see what I could do about it. If my n00b status gets lifted, I'll share an image to show you what I mean.
PS: I've never rooted my phone and I don't want to. I have done 3 factory resets since getting the phone in March of 2013.
