This is a crazy curiosity, not really a problem. Every Saturday morning I call my mother between 8 and 9 am on her landline. Sometimes, on my end, the phone just rings and rings. On her end, the caller ID shows a California number, and when she answers, she gets dead air. We both live in Texas, about 70 miles apart. I have a Boost Mobile Samsung Prevail, although I don't think the phone is the problem. Any ideas on what and why this happens only on Saturday?

Yes very strange. Could be Boost Mobile's switching software not working properly? Very hard to say...

This happened to me once, but it was a one time thing. It's weird that it would happen every Saturday.
