Help create folders

can someone please tell me how can i create folders inside the menu
so i can put e.x all my apps or the tools etc. in seperate folders than all together

I found a great app that helps organize all your apps in categories..very nice..

where you have empty space on a home screen, push + soft key and pick folders,new folder. press folder to open, long press on 'folder'lets you rename, you should be able to put 16 items in each folder,easiest way open folder + soft key,app,pick app and it will go in open folder, no need to drag and drop. one thing i found is leave one space on screen clear otherwise when you try to put an app in a folder it will say screen full
