Anyone know of a good tutorial/ program for creating custom Boot Ani's? When i search all I find is tutorials on how to push to your phone, which is not what i need. Im assuming I need a program to split an .avi file or .gif file into single frames, but haven't had any luck finding anything 
I'm thinking of creating this or something like it as my first one if i can get started
Can anyone help me out?
