Help Creating a new photo album

How do you create a new photo album? I do not see it in the settings when I open my photo's app.

I don't like how all my pictures are going into "Camera photos" and would like to separate certain pictures out.

The only way I know of is to create a folder in Astro and put pictures in it. I don't think there is "create album" function in the gallery

But if I create another folder in Astro, I can't take pictures and have the app automatically put those pictures taken into that new folder I assume? (I would guess I'd have to manually move the pictures?)

So basically I'm stuck with "all photos" and "camera photos"?!

Right, the pictures you take with the camera will be stored to camera photos. You'll have to manually move them to another folder. The album you create will show up in photos. It's just that, there's no way to organize them without using Astro.

I had wondered this before. Especial with the 2.1 Gallery. Kind of sucks doesn't it.

Just curious, I haven't downloaded the apk for the 2.1 gallery, but that one WAS able to create several albums correct?
