CSR convo re: unlimited, VZW and upgrading...

Here's something interesting. I got a request to fill out a survey by VZW as to why I gave up and returned my phone and edge plan. One of their questions was if I would upgrade my phone to the edge plan if I could keep my unlimited data. My response was a big yes. This makes me think they are thinking about it? I hope so.

As you can read in above text, the csr criticizes tmo and sprint for not being being true unlimited. (Tmo throttles, true... and Sprint may cancel your account if you roam over 150 mb of data per month.) Fear tactics. He was the second one to tell me that.

I have sprint, and the speeds are slower than Verizon in my area, but I would be paying a fortune for Verizon. The sprint speeds are fast enough that I used 35.5 gb of data last month. There is a thread somewhere about being dumped from sprint for too much data roaming, but people have to roam more than 10 gb or so, and get a warning before it happens.
