csuglobal email issues

I have a csuglobal.net email address and I can't figure out how to set it up on my hero.... the login location is https://www.google.com/a/csuglobal.net/ so I figured it being a gmail account or a subnetted gmail account of sorts it should have no issues... I was able to set it up with in seconds on my Pre.... but my Hero is just not taking it... It seems to be taking issues with the imap settings, stating my user name/password is incorrect. Can anyone shed some light on the issue.

I had this issue setting up my work email. I think I went into manual setup FIRST THING and typed in address and password and just clicked ok.

It was the ONLY way I could get it to work.

I've tried manual set up... I've tried what I could. It would seem I need the correct imap address to use.
