Lol...I still like my idea of calling it Cupcake: First Bite etc.
It sort of solves the miscommunication...
More like servings of "Late-Cake", or "Something-Is_Missing-Cake" !!!
2 girls, 1 cup.....cake... =P
(Sorry...I couldn't resist..)
Lol...I guess you can blame me for starting this whole thing....
Sorry...
It's more than "just a ****ing phone." It's essentially a mini portable computer which for a lot of us is vital to performing our daily tasks. What thing? This is just a ****ing phone ... what's with the obsession with the next piece of software upgrade for a PHONE? Why be such a tool?

You created an account just to say that? Wow, who's the tool?
Nope.
You're killing me ... yeah, a computer with about 4 hours worth of battery life, hope it's not that "vital" after 4 hours ...
It is very clear you don't have a G1 I get more than 24 Hours use on one charge ...
Wrong and no, using wifi/3g, bluetooth for 'vital' needs ... 8 hours max, pretty much the same as an iPhone, very poor batt life, definitely something NOT to be relied upon for anything 'vital'.
I'd look into that if I were you then, I easily get 24-36 hours using wifi frequently throughout the day(s). Try turning your screen's brightness down from 'kill'.

I basically have to turn off all the "fun" features of the phone to make it reliable in case I do need to depend on it in the car, and it's already failed me twice while driving.
Sounds like you have a defective battery. I have wifi and gps turned on all day and can get at least 12-14 hours off one charge with HEAVY usage.
