I just wanted to voice my concern about the current placement of the Android Forums Community section. And I disagree with the move for two reasons.
The first reason is that it adds unnecessary tedium having to navigate through the entire device forums section to the near bottom of the main webpage. And everyone uses the site differently as well. Some may not want to utilize the Favorites bar as much as others would in order to avoid clutter from excessive unread topics, for example.
And my second reason for disagreeing with the move is that it makes it more difficult for new members who want to be heard and feel welcomed here to navigate to the Introductions and the Lounge forums, located in the Android Forums Community section.
Now some people may just want to breeze through here and only get the information they need about their devices and move on, and that's understandable. But what about the others that may want to remain to help build a stronger community? I believe that's equally as important as finding the knowledge you would need about your devices.
I really hope the admins would reconsider their recent decision about the placement of the Android Forums Community section, because I feel that it causes more harm than good.

wait..huh?
) and willing to help them out with their problem even though it's not the right "place". The Lounge is filled with the friendliest and some of the highest posting members who are happy to point anyone in the right direction be it their device forum or wherever the answer may be.
