What's the current working number for Sprint's Retention department? All the ones I have just get me to the normal menu and the guy I just spoke to repeatedly bs'ed me and told me to go return my HTC EVO 4G for a refund if I don't like it.
Now this wouldn't shock me but I'm a 10+ year Sprint Customer, I have the Everything package that runs $99.99 plus some other add-ons and I've NEVER asked for any discounts or anything so it's not like I'm always asking for stuff.
Anyway, anyone got a number that works?
