cursor - fixing mis typed words

Let me explain :

Let's say I was typing for a bit and I noticed that I mis typed something. If I want to put my cursor where the mis typed letter is, it is not always the easiest thing to do. I noticed on my friends iphone if he were to put the cursor near the letter and hold his finger there a zoomed in window would pop up and alow him to move the cursor to the location he wants to put it.

Is there any app that can do this on the droid?

I dont know of an app that will let you do that, but with the physical keyboard you can use the directional pad.

The only time I open my phone to use that keyboard is in terminal. Otherwise I am using the on screen keyboards. So I am looking for a solution on the on screen keyboards.

Its not broken...I know exactly what he is talking about because I have this same issue. I usually have to slide the screen up to reveal the other keyboard and bring the cursor back to the misspelled word or keep tapping the screen and hope it lands where I am tapping!
