get ur custom bootanimation and place it in ur system/ media and rename it bootanimation.zip the one u have in there just move it to ur sd for bck up,after just reboot c if it works do all that with root explore u should b good

i found an actual boot animation folder but it says all the files are real only or somthing like that and i cant move them or delete them.

no not that folder go to system / media u should c the bootanimation.zip along with audio paste ur bootanimation in that folder and just rename it bootanimation.zip the other one have in there delete it or move it to sd card if dont move or delete it will not work

ps before u could rename it u should see on ur right hand corner ( r/ w ) click on it u should c it change to ( r/o )

when i try to move the old bootanimation.zip or paste the new one it says " bootanimation.zip cannot be moved because the file system is read-only."
but i did find the right folder :P

nvm i found the r/o up top and i got it to work. im about to see if it worked

edit: it worked! but the pictures went by so fast.. i changed the FPS to 1. testing now
