Root Custom Boot Animation

[tcv]

There have been threads on this but none Captivate specific. Would the same method work on all phones or is there a certain way that we have to do it?

The way i would do it is go to the boot animation file and replace it with the one you want while making sure it has the same name. It will definitely work.
