Root Custom Boot animations

check out asadullah's youtube video on this. Also, be sure to have a program like notepad ++ to edit/create the desc.txt file (doing it in regular notepad will give you a black screen on startup). The easiest way i've found is just to download someone's custom boot animation, then make your picture files and edit the desc.txt accordingly to your picture properties. I made a homer xray boot animation my first time around. i'm still tweaking it a bit to make it run smoother, but it's not bad for my first go around. good luck
