Help Custom email notification

I have the ATT version of the Note 2 and I am noticing after creating some email accounts that the option to change the notification tone is greyed out. Does anyone know how I can change the tone?

Sounds silly but make sure the phone is not on vibrate.

I am very embarrassed to admit it but that is what the problem was. I did not realize my phone was on vibrate I really felt stupid since I have been playing with Android phones for many years.

Don't feel to bad. The only reason I thought of that was because I did the same thing
