Here are a few icons I am working on as a custom icon pack.

Phone - Gmail - Apps - Text - Browser

You know what I'd _really_ like? Some folder icons! I've using some that I found on a Launcher Pro site, but I'd like to have them in some color variants.

You know, a folder with like a small graphic that represents the various core application groups like Tools, Web, Music, Video, Utilities, etc.

Figured I'd just toss that out there :D

Either App Organizer or Folder Organizer are great app options for this. Useful ways to segment your apps into groups and have a folder icon for them. I use App Organizer in conjunction with Desktop Visualizer to have a photoboard home page.

Howdy! Thanks, yeah, I'm already using them (or have used them, I'm currently using Smart Shortcuts I believe). It's not the app to allow this function, but just some [png] based graphics of folders. Good ones are kind of few and far between.

What I'd actually like to do is have a simple way to change the native folder icons. Not replace the folders with a 3rd party. Unless I'm missing something, I haven't seen this (the folder replacements are complete replacements with their own managment UI, etc.)

Here's my current setup, just looking for some other choices :)
