n2airz, you should contact Google about possibly using the logos, as it seems like you'd collect even more interest than you already have. I say this because, there was another person on this forum selling Android decals/stickers. He was worried about the same thing with copyrights and trademarks but decided to try and reach out to Google. I have actually bought several Android stickers from this user (I cannot remember his username though, but he is in the Classifieds forum) and from following HIS thread, if I remember correctly, all he had to do was include a disclaimer within the packaging stating that he does not own any of the logos printed and that they belong to Google, or something to that effect. So I encourage you to contact Google and see where your boundaries are since they gave the decal/sticker guy the OK.

Alright guys here is an update...
I have decided to scrap the pivot design. I have been playing around with it the last few days and it has become a pain in the butt. There is just too many small parts and extra holes to tap. If I keep dicking around with this I am never going to get these done.
I am going back to keeping things elegant and simple. The original design with a 10 degree angle. This is going to be suffice for probably 95% of everyone. And it is going to be sooooo much easier to build. The pivot just got too complex with all of the extra drilling and tapping, not too mention all the fixtures I had to build. Actually I like it better without the pivot because it doesn't break up the lines of the legs.
I hope everyone is cool with this.
Now I can take a sigh of relief can some of these things built up in the next few days.
I really think you guys will still like it.

I also agree. A pivot would make this simple design more complex to build and I personally am OK with just the 10 degree angle.

I love the design and am very interested in getting one but I have a Seidio Innocase II on my Incredible and don't think it will fit into your current design. I haven't read through all the pages in this thread yet so I don't know if anyone has already asked this but, can you or have you made a mock up for an Incredible with a case? I measured my Inc with case and its a little less than 5/8" thick and 4 3/4" tall. I threw your one plan view into CAD and was screwing around with dimensions and it would be tight making the recess that large. I don't know if you could do one with the recess running straight across the whole top? Just an idea. Maybe an idea for a future design... great work so far either way!

I stumbled upon this little app that for me will work great with this sweet dock. It's called Bedside and when connected to the power launches a clock/dock screen similar to the one the Droid has when placed in it's dock. Then when it's removed it closes it. If I remember it was less than $2.00 too. Anyway, thought some might be interested in something like this.
Can't wait for the finished product n2airz!

I'd love to be added to the list n2airz. Where are you mailing from? I'd love to buy one, but have never used paypal before, which I guess is weird since I'm sure most 19 year old's have used it at some point in time. Regardless, I'd learn what to do just for one of these. Is there a way to engrave not my name, but the emblem of my favorite college sports team/future school? If you could engrave the University of Kentucky's logo, I'd probably pass out lol. If you click on the link, it should be the first one with the building and the entire name. If "class of 2013" could also be added I'd be forever grateful. If not, it's ok, the entire thing will be amazing just the way it is. I'm sure I'd find a way to add some blue accents to it.
