Custom notification sounds

So unlike other threads I have a little different question. Does anyone know of an app that allows you to customize what sounds each app makes. I have games that notify me when something is ready to do but I would like them to be different from each other so I know that if I get a notification whether I have to look at my ohone or not. I hate being accross the room and hearing my phone go off just for it to tell me that I have recovered my energy for a game. I know some games like Simpsons had Homer making a sound when ready so there should be some sort of way to have others make the sounds that I would rather have. I also know there are apps that do custom LEDs so I just feel there should be something out there. Any help would be great and if there is none out there maybe that a good idea for a new app.
 
Each app that allows customised notification sounds should have an option where you can set which notification sound you want. For instance, Gmail, the Message app, Google+ and Facebook (app and messenger separately) each allow you to set notification sounds specifically for that app. By default, apps use the default notification sound. If the app allows, just change the notification sound from the default to something else.
 
Check out Light Flow.
Try the fiee one but the pro version lets you control notifications from a much wider range of apps (everything from sound to vibration pattern to LED colour/behaviour)

Funkylogik's a good man and/or woman. Try his and/or her recommendation.
 
I've got the free version. The built-in messaging on the Nexus doesn't flash an LED for a missed call or text.

All of the menu listings appear in the free version, but the listings that don't work are greyed out. I don't see a listing that would let you choose a notification for different apps. What's it under? I'll go check the website for info.
