Help Custom Os installed

My power button on the right of my samsung galaxy s4 seems to be pressing all the time. I cannot start my phone. It just switches on and on. Just Samsung galaxy s4 comes written on the screen and this repeats n number of times. So i used the option of pressing volume key power key and the centre button all at once. Option came press upper volume key to install custom os. lower volume key to proceed without installing. it also had a warning saying custom os can cause critical problems with the phones apps. But when i pressed the option of proceeding without downloading custom os, the phone wouldnt start. So i installed the custom os. now i cannot use a single app. My play store not working. In the option of all apps, i cannot view a single app. I cant even call as i cannot open my dialpad. And the earlier problem hasnt been solved yet. If i press the RHS power button, it switches on and on again and again. Help please!!!
