TeamWin's recovery for the Infinity:
[RECOVERY]TWRP 2.2.1.4 with on-screen keyboard! [2012-08-02] - xda-developers

This recovery boasts enabled touchscreen and now a keyboard, so you can name/rename your NANDroid backups.

Before you can install this recovery, you should root and unlock the bootloader first. See here for root + unlock instructions:
http://androidforums.com/transforme.../586970-root-method-prime-works-infinity.html

Once you get those out of the way, simply use GooManager (free app on the Market). Run GooManager, accept the request for superuser access, press the menu button and choose Install OpenRecoveryScript.

*Note

For some people, you will get an error with the bootloader unlock (something about a network error)
Go to the Asus website and make an account, then register your device.
You should be able to unlock in a day or two (That's how it worked for me.)
If you still can't unlock, just keep waiting. Asus has awesome support (In my experience) and should get the issue resolved as fast as they can.

To boot into the recovery image, hold POWER and VOL-DOWN together when first turning on the device. If you're looking at the tablet with the 'ASUS' logo in the top right, the power button is directly about the 'ASUS' logo, and the VOL-DOWN key is the left side of the long-looking button on the top right.

Shortly, you'll see some small white text appear on the upper left part of the screen. When that appears, you have 5 seconds to press the VOL-UP button (right side of the long button on the top right edge). Once pressed, TWRP will load.

Remember to do a NANDroid backup before you go crazy flashing stuff :)
