Custom Ringtone Problem

I just discovered a major problem. I am using a custom ringtone and when I had my phone plugged in and it is mounted as a disk drive, the phone won't ring at all when someone calls because the ringtone is on the SD card. Is there a fix for this?

I have the same experience. My solution (simple as it is) is to only mount the SD card as a drive when I really need to. I keep it plugged in a lot, but charge only.

Yeah, but that's a problem if you forget to change it. There should be an option to save your ringtone to the main memory so that doesn't happen.
