Custom Ringtone?

It used to be a snap to set a custom ringtone from the player by long pressing on the song. That is missing. Anyone know how to do it?

Don't know why Google has us make an extra steps though. I don't consider that an improvement.

Google didn't change anything. It's always been this way with pure Android. Some media players will add that functionality, but the stock one doesn't do that.

Are you certain? I thought that's how I did it on my Galaxy Nexus when it had ICS. My only non-Nexus Android was the original MyTouch.

Hmmm, I can't say for certain about the Gnex, but the N1 couldn't do that from the stock player. Most people using their music collection as ringtones used ringdroid or some such app.
