Root custom rom ?

When you put an app in your phone,the ROM becomes customized. So basically you are customizing your ROM on the Go.
You cant back up the ROM since clockwork recovery mod doesnt work on 551
If you mean custom kernel so no.There are no custom kernel based roms availble right now.The dude developing the kernel is still working on it .
