hi !

i am a beginner ,please help me!!

what is custom rom ?how it will help to improve my phone performance?why should i update custom rom?
my current phone details:
android-2.3.6
kernel-2.6.35.7
build number-gingerbread.DDLA1

now is this good rom ?or i need to upgrade?

your phone's original rom ( the one installed in it when you first bought it ) is the stock rom.

ok ,,when i bought the phone it was 2.3.5 version i actually updated to 2.3.6 verison will that make difference to stock rom?and i also updated firmware on kies ,so you say now i don't have stock rom on my phone?

On its still stock rom as its one provided by phones manufacturer . Just a newer version.
