I wanna know if it's possible to make my own custom splash screen, from scratch for the evo shift. I've looked all around for everything and couldn't find much. I found how to do it for other phone but that's other phones... I wanna know if it's possible with this phone and if so, how?

I answered your question over at Android Central. I'll post here if anyone else want to know :)
