Root Custom Theme Need Some Help

Okay so how do u install a custom theme? Im going to flash my phone too Kings ROM Unleashed R5 and i want to install the UNleashed Ultra Blakk Theme for R5.

can i install the theme from hboot like you flash a rom?

or what do i do?

Also can i flash a custom ROM and then flash a custom theme or would i need to flash the ROM reboot then boot back into recovery and flash the theme?

with themes thet are usually in the form of zip files so all you have to do is:
1.make a nandroid backup
2.wipe dalvik cache and cache
3.flash theme
4,reboot
