OK, Check this out. I have been trying to call customer care for some time now. My wife said call from my phone so I did and my call was answered in two min. When I asked I was told that "when customers who have called in a lot, their calls are handled different" ie. not talking to them. I had heard of this but did not believe it "not my T-mobile". The only reason I have called is vibrant problems.
