Customize the Back of your Moto DROID's screen!

Why did you have to send me my super cool sticker for the back of my Droid on a Friday night? COME ON MANNN

So, I'm stoked when I see the envelope and I'm all "YAYYY I GOT MAILLL!!"

Then I attempt to put it on after a bottle of cheap Pinot Gris....FAIL

I ****ed up my lil r dots and got frustrated and pulled the thing and next thing I knew I had this crazy lookin baggy sticker so I grab a scissor and chop chop! And....whyyy??!?!?!

I mean, it's still kinda cool lookin...even though I cut like 1/18 of it.

It's only black...right?

I'm thinking about getting a single overlay with option 3 or 5. I actually need some suggestions for which color to choose, because there are so many options that it's giving me OCD. :p

I'm also wondering how much it helps the loose screen, because mine has become a lot looser after taking off the stock vinyl.
 
got mine, FAST ship, looks awesome

copper DROID on black full background. clean, simple, elegant.. nice and looks like it could be a factory setup as no odd or off background as I just went black so all you see is that cool matching coper DROID text

I do have some concerns about it lasting or its life. I did a super clean install, and it still has some rippling of the letters given the letters have such small surface area. hope it does not become an issue as it is kind pricey for what it is, but looks killer from a distance.

It basically replaces the stock vinyl. The maker says it's the exact same width as the stock, so it should be a perfect fit. I didn't take off the stock until I put on the sticker, but it feels the same as it did before.

with this style, is the DROID already stuck on so its centered? or do we have to center the droid letters?

ok cool, gonna order a black CF/copper droid this week.

also, the stock plastic on mine has thoes 2 marks towards the middle from sliding, would thoes appear on the sticker since its the same thickness of the stock plastic?
 
Very cool idea... I'd like to see something like that for my Eris, but have the Android guy with no eyes so that it could go on the back with a cutout for the camera, which would make it a cyclops android with the camera as the eye :) I don't know if that makes a lick of sense, but just something I thought up. :p

my phone is about 2 weeks old and i started to realize the loose screen..and it's annoying especially when i take it outta my pockets...
it's either try this method out or go for the full exchange

does it really work well?
 
i just realized today that this phone is bugging out (the clicking, and the looseness) so i was either gonna get the whole phone replaced or maybe just get these stickers... does it help stop the clicking?

Question for you. The above logo is absolutely sick and I would love to have it as a back screen overlay since I removed that plastic cover and I want my screen to not be as loose. How do I find out if you guys will create a custom sticker for this?
 
This would also be super cool if you have copied the models from a model ZAGG skin or other outside. Perhaps even include a sticker for Special widest part of the phone as no ZAGG. From my very limited experience of vinyl stickers to stick with static and leaves no residue. Just an idea. Regarding the silhouette logo custom logo could be cut and the logo is added so that it would not make it thicker. No problems just solutions.
 
will the droid battery cover decal fit on the back to the screen? I'd like to be able to get that two pack and put one on my wife's Droid and one on the back of my DInc.

Awesome idea! I will be buying some with my next check! love the OEM backing with the robot peekin out, and the battery cover one. Awesome!
