Customizing folders (content, icons)

Can we customize each folder with a unique icon?

Is there a way to reduce the spacing between folder icons? For example, 2.1 gives us four locations horizontally and vertically, but 5x5 should still allow accurate finger detection.

Can we change the order of the icon appearances within a folder?

Can we put Folder B (or a shortcut to it) within Folder A?

The answer to the first question is Bettercut, paid app on the market, allows for customization of icons and names of folders...the rest of it not sure

ADW Launcher is a great launcher that does almost everything I need to do. It's free, but if it continues without problems I'll throw money at it. Thanks for the referral.

Now, 99% of my needs can be on a single page - about 12 contacts, 8 folders, the Power Strip, and the handy ADW utility across the bottom. It's a dense page, but works for me.

Now, I would like to find a way to assign new icons to those 8 folders... possible? I tried AnyCut and BetterCut but they're confused by ADW.
