Root customizing status bar?

I don't know if is against the rules to make a new thread for a question, but I wanted to know if there was a way to customize the CTmod status bar and notification panel?

There's themes made for it. I'm not sure how to do it but I know its possible! Just need the right tools. Notepad++ and apktool I know for sure you'll need. I'm sure someone could come along and help you out. Though just the status bar may be easier than that.

I've used UOT Kitchen in the past to modify the status bar.

although i have had some problems trying to change the status bar on ctmod. it seems to not really change right. i may be changing the completely wrong things but oh well maybe you will have better luck

I also want to know if there is any possible way to modify the stock CTMod notification panel and lockscreen
