Root cwm backup to zip

Can someone tell me how i would take a cwm backup and make it a flashable zip?

In CWM just use the volume keys to navigate down to "backup and restore", use home or power to select it, then go to "backup" if you have a memory card, scroll down to "backup to external sd" :thumbup:
