Root CWM boot loop

I have had my phone rooted for a couple of weeks now, and everything was good, except a couple hiccups the night of rooting - there are posts in the unlock / root thread.

tonight I went into a meeting with 39% battery left, when the meeting was done (approx 1.75 Hours) I got my phone and it was off and battery dead, would not turn on.

took to my car and plugged in for a bit and then powered up -- it went straight to CWM and did not show white screen where it says it is unlocked. pushed power button and it rebooted and the screen flickers maybe once or twice and it boots to CWM

Does anyone know what to do?

Phone is on stock rom and a few apps frozen - mostly Tmobile junk.

first check after connecting to pc wheter its booting into fastboot or flashmood?
if the problem persist and you can log in fastboot mood.
try to flash only kernel.ftf right for your device, once flash itt shall work for you.

reply in any case... work no work

I dont know how to check if it is booting to fastboot or flashmod. would you tell me how or point me to a post?

Can you reboot normally from CWM? I haven't used it in a while, but in TWRP I can reboot from recovery and so I assume you could do something like that here.

If all else fails you could try restoring a nandroid backup (or flashing a ROM).
