Yes you meant first I use adb push and then in su using adb shell I use the dd command

Nonono dadcup, he means after you flashed his recovery.img and booted into recovery, where you able to get ADB in recovery despite having a black screen?

Well I flash the img and don't boot to recovery just black screen in there if I flash the img a get black screen you want me to try adb in the black screen if that I will try just let me know

Well I brick my phone but metro give a new one ppl don't use rom manager crazy app wrong block flash a I guess but have new let keep try

I also had the black screen after the android guy but i went to zte usa and downloaded the upgrade file it was like 305 meg and renamed it as update zip installed it and im back up and working good if this helps anyone

so is the upgrade file pretty much a way to unbrick your phone? and if so how did you get that file into your phone and what does the upgrade do to your phone does it give you new features or something?

Idk users said it updates the modem , and yes you can use this to restore your device whenever its "Soft Bricked" lol if your device is "Hard Bricked" it wont work, as for how to install it you would have to read this thread because thats where it all started i found this
