Root CWM Fix permissions?

something i noticed when trying to fix permissions is that when i select it it finishes in like 1/4 second, Im asuming it does not work because when i boot the phone there is no permissions changed. Is there a cwm script out there that will go through and correct permissions of /system files?

That's more than likely the problem. The original CWM fix permissions didn't seem to work right. It was pretty much instant. With the new version it takes a minute or so.
