CWM Recovery backup failed. "Error while making a backup image of /data!"

Hello,

I am running Cynagenmod 10.1 on my galaxy tab 2 p3100 16GB version. I have only 130 MB internal memory free. And I have 4.5 GB free in my external memory.
I am trying to take a backup using CWM Recovery 6.0.X.X. Backup fails with error message "Error while making a backup image of /data!"
In CWM Logs the last line is com.fivehellions.android.muappshare-1.apk and that is Multi-User App Share. Does this mean backup is failing because of Multi-User App Share?
