Have a backup made you can restore
Re-enable V-Sync is how I fixed it & I Also Enabled surface dithering,
(Warning)
(Pimp my Rom is extremely risky of bricking devices & known for it ive bricked devices with it in the past that I didn't have a recovery on like Kyocera Rise that is bootloader locked tight so no recovery was available only root access)
(Have a unaltered before attempting Backup saved
& Don't Play With Anything Else in There)
(I no longer have this device iam just stating what I did to fix the issue of flickering when I had the device )
(I Am not a Dev & I Take no responsibility for you bricking your Device if you want to risk it just stating what I personally did Before moving on from lack of Dev Support)

Please help me.I have a rooted PCD
chaser, the flash_image file you posted is
missing.
As I said I have a rooted PCD Chaser.I want to
install your custom recovery but I don't own
or have access to a computer so whatever I
do, needs to be safe and only require an sd
card.
Your flash_image is missing, where can I get
the same one?
Is there any way I could brick/screw my phine
by installing the recovery?
Once I install the recovery could I brick/screw
my phone by backing it up?
If I make a Nandroid Backup and put it on an
sd, I can try whatever rom I want right?And if
it don't work I can just plug in my sd card and
fix it with no computer?

edit: Found out how by myself....had to find a thread on XDA with a different version of flash_image for HTC Hero, luckily it worked. After constant terminal emulator error messages and googling...
Now if I could just get a newer rom....Developers? How much bitcoin will it take to get that rom you were working on. I don't have much..hence the old phone I'm on..but it would be nice.
